Judy Graff’s extraordinary success on behalf of her real estate clients is a testimonial to her hard work, dedication and perseverance. These qualities have made her one of real estate’s consistent top producers. Since her first year as a Realtor in 1997, she has been noted for outstanding real estate sales production and has often won prestigious awards based on her transaction volume. To demonstrate her commitment to ongoing education, she obtained a broker’s license in 2005. In 2013, Judy’s number of transactions put her in the top 5% of her brokerage. “I am continually fascinated by how complex and transformational the process of buying or selling a home can be. It certainly is a life-altering experience and not just a sales transaction,” she says. “My goal is to make the experience rewarding, trouble free, and even fun for my clients.” “I’ve gotten to know people very well, assisted them and their families, and made some really good friends, too,” she adds. Judy’s real estate blog, San Fernando Valley Real Estate, was picked as one of L.A.’s best by Relocation.com.
In 2014, Judy formed her own brokerage, Judy Graff Properties, in order to have more presence in the mid-Valley communities of Studio City, Toluca Lake, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, Valley Glen, and the Hollywood Hills communities.
Prior to listing a home for sale, Judy furnishes sellers with a free, honest, no-obligation written comparative market analysis and marketing plans. The internet is always changing, and Judy is tops in her field in internet marketing. Her clients have been delighted by her comprehensive, results-oriented approach. Judy also believes her buyer clients benefit far more from her educational, consultative method than high-pressure sales tactics. Also, she makes a personal, financial commitment to every listing she takes. In addition to being an area residential specialist for Burbank, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Studio City, Valley Village, Sherman Oaks, and Hollywood Hills, her experience covers corporate relocations, multi-residential income properties, short sales, REOs/foreclosures, horse property, and probate sales.
Judy became a real estate professional not long after buying her own first home in Burbank. Even though she had already purchased, she never stopped looking at listed homes and found that she enjoyed sharing her knowledge with others. Additionally, as a long-time legal assistant for large, national law firms, she was well prepared for the challenging detail and contractual aspects of real estate sales. Originally from Arizona, her past employment history also includes entertainment industry experience and professional fundraising for educational and arts foundations. She has lived in the area for over 35 years and is married to writer Steve Fisher. They recently went through the home buying experience again themselves and now live in Studio City. In her spare time, Judy enjoys traveling with Steve, blogging about real estate, wine-tasting, reading both fiction and nonfiction, searching iTunes for new music to download, working out, and binge-watching tv.
